Safero Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026. Applies to the Safero Android app and safero.codexaicorp.com.

Safero is a personal-safety app: you hold an SOS button, and the people you chose are alerted with your live location. This page says what that takes, who can see it, and how to get rid of it. Questions: mohammed.rayyan@codexaicorp.com.

Who can see it

Services that process it for us

How long it is kept

Everything is kept until you delete it or delete your account, with one exception: recordings and photos cannot be deleted for 90 days after they are captured, by anyone. That stops someone who takes your phone from destroying evidence. After 90 days, recordings from deleted accounts are removed automatically.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password.

On the web: sign in at app.safero.codexaicorp.com, then go to Account → Delete account.

This erases your profile, medical details, contacts, alarms and their location tracks, check-ins, safe zones, family links, responder record and device tokens straight away. Recordings follow the 90-day rule above. If you cannot sign in, email mohammed.rayyan@codexaicorp.com from the address on the account and we will delete it.

Your other choices

Children

Safero is not directed at children under 13. A parent or guardian who wants to watch over a child uses the family invitation, which the account holder has to send and can withdraw.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything that widens what is collected or who sees it will be shown in the app before it takes effect.
